Upon arrival at our studio, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome followed by a short consultation We'll then discuss your vision and help you choose from our carefully curated collection of chains and if desired charms and connectors.
Selection & Fitting: Once you've selected your preferred style and material, we'll take precise measurements to ensure your piece fits perfectly. We encourage you to move around and ensure the fit is exactly as you want it—after all, this is a piece you'll wear every day!
The Welding: Using our precise micro-welding technique, we'll permanently join your piece. The process is quick, completely safe, and fascinating to watch. There's no heat or discomfort—just a moment of magic as your piece becomes endless.
Final Check & Aftercare: We'll ensure you're completely happy with your new piece and provide detailed aftercare instructions to keep it looking beautiful.
Aftercare Advice
Your permanent jewellery is just like any other precious piece - treat it with love and it will sparkle forever! Simply use a polishing cloth when needed and care for it as you would your favourite jewellery. Clean with a gentle wipe and avoid harsh chemicals. While permanent jewellery is designed for everyday wear, including swimming and showering, try to minimise exposure to chlorine and harsh chemicals to keep your piece looking its best.
